I learned that traveling alone can be a great option when you want to meet new people and forget about everyday problems, but when I am traveling by bike, I am never alone. Always I have a good fella with me and also, one that will never complain and even going to the most distant places it will be motivating, saying you will get it !! The simplao it's a camping near of Paranapiacaba's village, to arrive there it's necessary to take the train up to Rio Grande da Serra and then ride for about 40 minutes until the Paranapiacaba's village. When you get there it's important take a rest and drink some water because now the adventure starts.
Paranapiacaba is a beautiful small village with good restaurants and bars but it is only middle way to Simplao. After get there you have cicle for 40 minutes more. There are signs in the way, so it's not hard to get there.
Be careful because if you get there at night there is not lights in the way.
When I got there I met Cris (the owner) who is a nice person, saying welcome to her camping and holding the coldest beer ever. Everything that I needed.
I have been there for three days, I made lots of friends, some become really good friends, others I hope meet again to have another drink.
Unfortunately that was the last trip of my tent. It followed me since 2003. So many adventures together, but now I desire that you rest in peace.
